Ella has been a nurse for 20 years. Her background includes ICU, CCU,  Mental Health, Corrections, Hospice, Case Management and Home Health. She is passionate about ensuring families are supported during End of Life Care. She wants families to be supported in this time of need as she was during the death of her family.  She states" The hospice team that supported me during the death of my husband were simply the best.
